We like to host a few trainings a year to go over the IRB basics, submissions, and general information with our researchers. However, we are looking for new ways to train our researcher other than the typical methods, does anyone have any suggestions?
@creed Hi Cara- We’ve created guidance via our website that we share in a quarterly newsletter to address common issues. We have also created asynchronous trainings in Canvas. Some other ideas we’ve considered are “office hours” where researchers can login to a Zoom room to get assistance as they develop the protocol or to ask a question.
