For those of you that are part of a hospital or larger organization, do you (the clinical trials department/office) work under the Tax ID of your larger organization or do you have your own? Do you use the main institution’s bank account or do you have your own set up? Is your Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) managed by someone in the finance office or in the clinical trial office? What accounting software do you use for your clinical trial business needs?
